Reserve this complete section for a small gathering of 20 or less. Perfect for a sit down dinner of 2 tables of 10 or 1 large table of up to 16 people. Cocktail style service is also offered with a more open style floor plan good for mingling.
A great option for parties of up to 30 people. The space can be arranged as a sit down dinner between 4 tables. This space is a perfect fit for cocktail style service as well and offers lots of room to mingle and great natural light.
A great option for accommodating parties of up to 40 people who want to do a cocktail style service, or parties of up to 30 that want some extra space to mingle before their sit down dinner in our large section. A wonderful opportunity to see our resident bar tenders at work as well.
A completely private Timber and Salt experience. Spread out over our large section, small section, and bar. This is a good option for larger parties of 45-55. Many floor plan options are available and our events team would be happy to plan something that suits your needs.
Our covered and heated outdoor patio can comfortably fit 24 people at 3 tables for sit down dinner service or 35 people for a cocktail party. This a great option if you are looking for a quiet or more private place to hold your gathering.
Enjoy the best of both worlds with options for your party to have a sit down service of up to 50 while still having room to socialize and mingle around the restaurant and on the patio. A full cocktail party option is also available and can hold 90 guests among our three sections.
We offer full-restaurant buyouts for lunch events, Sundays, or Mondays at a reduced food & beverage minimum of $3,000 or less. Inquire for availability.

Timber & Salt is your new neighborhood steakhouse. Perfect for any occasion including a business dinner, a family night out, or date night. At the bar enjoy one of our seasonal cocktails or find your new favorite spirit with the help and expertise of our bar team. In the dining room sit back at one of our booths or tables and take in the music while our servers give you fine dining level service. On the patio enjoy a quiet and scenic dinner under our heat lamps.
As a steakhouse we pride ourselves in always delivering a perfectly cooked steak. Our steaks are aged 28 days and then cooked to perfection in our 1400 degree broiler. The selection varies but you can always find a tender filet, a juicy Ribeye, and a show-stopping Tomahawk. In addition to beef we also carry a large selection of fresh seafood including steamed mussels, salmon, chilean sea bass, rockfish, and shrimp.
A seasonal drink menu with all new original cocktails as well as weekly specials ensures you’ll never be bored. Whether you’re a cocktail novice or expert our fun and innovative drinks are sure to impress. For the fans of whiskey/agave/gin/rum/scotch/all of the above this is the place for you. Our bar features an impressive selection of all of these spirits and more including aperitifs, liquors, and digestifs. All of our beer is on tap and we feature a selection of mostly local wines.
