Small Section
Reserve this complete section for a small gathering of 20 or less. Perfect for a sit down dinner of 2 tables of 10 or 1 large table of up to 16 people. Cocktail style service is also offered with a more open style floor plan good for mingling.

Large Section
A great option for parties of up to 30 people. The space can be arranged as a sit down dinner between 4 tables. This space is a perfect fit for cocktail style service as well and offers lots of room to mingle and great natural light.

Large Section + Bar
A great option for accommodating parties of up to 40 people who want to do a cocktail style service, or parties of up to 30 that want some extra space to mingle before their sit down dinner in our large section. A wonderful opportunity to see our resident bar tenders at work as well.

Entire Indoor
A completely private Timber and Salt experience. Spread out over our large section, small section, and bar. This is a good option for larger parties of 45-55. Many floor plan options are available and our events team would be happy to plan something that suits your needs.

Heated Outdoor Patio
Our covered and heated outdoor patio can comfortably fit 24 people at 3 tables for sit down dinner service or 35 people for a cocktail party. This a great option if you are looking for a quiet or more private place to hold your gathering.

Entire Restaurant
Enjoy the best of both worlds with options for your party to have a sit down service of up to 50 while still having room to socialize and mingle around the restaurant and on the patio. A full cocktail party option is also available and can hold 90 guests among our three sections.
Pricing
No rental fees; food and beverage minimum spend varies depending on section size and day of the week.
Formats
Most groups choose one of the two:
Family-Style — best for a seated, sit-down event
Hors d’Oeuvres — best for a standing, mingling cocktail-style event
Both formats can be fully customized for pacing, preferences, and dietary needs.
Beverage Options
Hosted consumption: guests order from the bar; the total is billed to the host
Open bar option: fixed pricing per person (recommended if you expect heavier drinking)
Looking to have the whole place to yourself outside our regular hours?
We offer full-restaurant buyouts for lunch events, Sundays, or Mondays at a reduced food & beverage minimum of $3,000 or less. Inquire for availability.
